Google Earth

Hey Guys At school lately we have been learning how to use google earth and all the little things we can do with it. Our teacher Mr E has Set us a Challenge THE GREAT GOOGLE EARTH HUNT.

Some of the things we had to find were:

fire

wild animals

street performers

aeroplane

construction site

This is were we have to look on google earth and look for things that we are told to find each thing has points . That harder to find more point you get. If you find rare and amusing things they are also Worth points and by the end of the week the group with the most points wins a

prize.

Reflection

Today in P.E I was doing high jump. I think I need to work of my jump. After P.E I found out that the technique that I did was the old hoch sprung.

Today in P.E we did shot put here is a video of me and someone from youtube and look at the difference and what i need to learn.

I think i Need to work on were my feet are and to make sure my body posture is right

Science Testing

Yesterday we had science with Mr.Wallace. For the first half we smelt some liquids and we had to guess what they were.
Substance

What I think it was

In the second half we mixed vinegar and sodium. when we mixed them together we made corbondeoxid. Then we tipped the corbondeoxid onto a small flame and tried to put it out. But it did not go out.

Ifiction

ifiction is a game were you control were you go in the game. At school we have been working on A bears night out. A bears night out is were you wake up and your a teddy bear and you go around the house looking for things . You find a flyer about the teddy bear picnic and you have to find out about it and get to the Teddy bear picnic. You can do different controls for the game like up, down and east and so on. try this game out its fun!!!!!!!!!

google squared, google time line, google wonder wheel

google squared is were you can look at photos and info about what ever your might be researching and there are links to pages. Google wonder wheel makes your go through diffrent pages about the main topic you are looking for. Googel time line is were you can look what has happend through time on the topic that you like. .

game making

Today we started on making our own game on game maker. I had a lot of fun working out how it works. What i am aiming to do now is make a game that Can b published on the net.

To do this i will have to find out new things by looking at tutorials and stuff on YouTube. What i am thinking of doing is to make pacman revenge. It's were pacman goes round eating the ghost but there is a catch one of the ghost's are poisoned and if eat it you will lose a life.

Mario Cart

Mario cart is a fun and awesome game full of adventure racing. Mario cart has some lots of creators like Mario, Luigi , peach, bowser, wario, toad, yoshi and donkey Kong also known as DK. and a few more

Mario cart is for ds or wii.

in Mario cart u race your friends and your enemy's. You can find weapons and run the of the track. u can also go wi-fi which is going online and racing friend or even racing people you don't know.

Science

Substance 1 was acid it was vinegar.

substance 2 was alkali it was baking soda.

Substance 3 was neither lemonade it was neither.

Substance 4 was neither it was methylated spirits.

substance 5 was alkali it was washing powder.

substance 6 was acid it was citrus acid.

Today we had a Science we were see what substances were acid or alkali.

How We Did It:

1) we got some test tubes .

2) we get the substance and mixed them with cabbage juice in each test tube.

3) we had to see if they were acid or talk alkali we found that by acid turned pink if it was neither it would be purple and if it was alkali it would be green.

4)Then we put on a piece of paper what we found.

yoshi review

Yoshi sometimes romanized Yossy in earlier Japanese materials is a fictional dinosaur. His debut was in Super Mario World on the Super Nintendo Entertainment System as Mario's accomplice, and he later established his own series with several platform and puzzle games, including Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. He has also appeared in many of the spin-off Mario games, such as the Mario Party, the Mario Kart, and the Super Smash Bros. series, as well as in other various Mario sports titles. Yoshis come in many different colors, but his original and most common color is green. Yoshi is set to appear in the upcoming New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Super Mario Galaxy 2.
